Wairau Valley, Marlborough.
The majority of fruit is harvested from our Falcon Vineyard and blended with other carefully selected blocks from Marlborough’s Wairau Valley.
Fermented in tank and seasoned oak and matured for seven months to enhance creamy characters. The majority of the parcels undergo malolactic fermentaiton, with the balance untouched giving the final blend balanced acid and a clean fresh palate.
Light straw yellow.
Fresh and zesty lime, stone fruits and with subtle notes of lifted spices.
Ripe nectarine and tropical citrus with hints of lemon zest and creamy layered spices. A focused acid drive mingles with softly textured phenolics through to the finish.
