We are proud to announce that The Falcon Sauvignon Blanc 2021 has not only secured a Gold Medal position but also a Top 12 spot in the recent Dish magazine tasting.

This is an amazing achievement and accolade to add to our already award-winning wine and we couldn’t be prouder of this drop. The majority of this fruit was harvested from the mature vines of our Talon block located in the famously fertile area of Dillon’s Point known to produce outstanding Sauvignon Blanc. Pressed immediately following harvest to minimise skin contact and retain freshness, then cool fermented to maintain rich aromatics.
