Vinification
Hand-harvested and fermented in small open-top fermenters. Matured in French oak barrels for 7 months.
Appearance
Deep Dark Garnet red
Bouquet
A mix of complex ripe fruit aromas and perfumed florals with darker notes underneath.
Palate
Black cherries and aromatic perfumed plum flavours. A perfectly balanced tannin and fruit synergy gives drive and length the the palate. The finish is long and savoury with complex briny notes and a hint of toasty oak.
Cellaring
Enjoy now or if you are a patient appreciator of wine, you can cellar for 5+ years.
