Rest your bike against the wall. From the fruit shop, pinch some ripe raspberries. Don’t worry, they didn’t see you. Stay a moment at the café, while the good looking barista serves you a slice of dark plum tart with a coffee. Delicious. Hand harvested and fermented in small open top fermenters. Matured in French oak barrels for 7 months.

Appearance

Deep Dark Garnet red

Bouquet

A mix of complex ripe fruit aromas and perfumed florals with darker notes underneath.

Palate

Black cherries and aromatic perfumed plum flavours. A perfectly balanced tannin and fruit synergy gives drive and length the the palate. The finish is long and savoury with complex briny notes and a hint of toasty oak.
