The grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the evening and carefully fermented at low temperatures to retain the freshness of the fruit

Intensely perfumed with ripe grapefruit, blackcurrant and subtle flint notes.

Palate

Generous and full, layered with grapefruit and blackcurrant, this wine is also underpinned by salt and mineral notes with a concentrated long finish.
