Selected from the best fruit parcels across a range of vineyards throughout the central Wairau Valley. Fruit was hand harvested and left to soak in the press until the right extraction was made. After settling, the juice was fermented cool in stainless steel tanks to retain its fresh fruit flavour
Palate & Aroma: Perfumed aromas of ripe wild strawberry and spiced coffee. Elegantly structured with echoes of ripe pears and baked apple finishing with notes of mulled spice.
