Sourced exclusively from our Eyrie Vineyard in the lower Waihopai Valley. Fermented in open top vats and hand plunged the wine was pressed and racked into barrels for 11 months maturation
Palate & Aroma: Elegant and aromatic with dark forest fruits on the nose, and ripe black cheery, weet raspberry and licorice supported by fine grained oak tannins.
