Sourced exclusively from the Reed Vineyard from 100% handpicked fruit for controlled whole-bunch pressing. Fermented for a full 10 months in a selection of new and seasoned French oak barriques from 100% activated wild yeast. Undergoing malolactic conversion for a creamier texture.

Palate & Aroma: Bold flinty aromatic notes bordered by melon and hazelnut. Followed by a mineral palate with subtle spiced oak, lingering stone fruit and a silky mouthfeel with balanced acidity.

Alcohol: 13.5%
Residual sugar: 1.7g/L
