The fruit for this wine is sourced from selected vineyards across Marlborough’s central Wairau Valley and machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit character. Pressed off with minimal skin contact before being cool fermented in stainless steel from selected yeasts.
Aroma & Palate: Clear pale straw with lifted green hues, this wine has apricot kernal characters with Cape gooseberry and sweet grapefruit sflavours and balanced acidity.
