Harvested from our own Falcon vineyard in the Renwick region of Marlborough's Wairau Valley. This 100% Pinot Noir rose had long cool fermentation and was stopped early to obtain lower alcohol without compromising flavour.
Palate & Aroma: Fresh strawberry, raspberry and dusted pink marshmallow, with apple blossom on the front palate and crisp tropical notes on the finish.
