The fruit for this wine is sourced primarily from the Blind River region of Marlborough’s fertile Awatere Valley. Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to retain its bright fresh aromatics. A combination of Riesling and Merlot were utilised to create this wine.
Palate & Aroma: Citrus notes of fresh pink grapefruit and mandarins. A fresh, clean palate with juicy pink grapefruit, highlights of Golden Queen peaches and a balanced acidity.
