The fruit for this wine is sourced from selected vineyards in Marlborough. A blend of vineyards predominately from the southern valleys, this wine was matured in seasoned French oak and underwent malolactic fermentation for a silky texture.
Palate & Aroma: Garnet red in colour, wth ripe raspberries and sun warmed red plums on the palate finishing with distinct dried thyme aromas.
Harvested: Between 18th March - 7 April 2018
