The fruit for this wine is harvested from vineyards across the Wairau and lower Waihopai Valley’s in Marlborough. Machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit character. Pressed off with minimal skin contact before fermented in a mix of both stainless steel and select oak casks.
Palate & Aroma: Highlights of spiced oak and sun warmed stone fruit. A fruit forward wine, medium bodied in style with a creamy texture and balanced citrus fruits.
