Lake Chalice 'The Falcon' Marlborough Riesling 2019

You are here

Tasting Notes

Sourced from the Walsh block in Wodbourne in the Wairau Valley and from Doctors Creek. Long cool controlled ferment, arrested early for a lower alcohol and balanced acidity and sweetness.

Palate & Aroma: Ripe apple and juicy lemonade notes, with a layered and textured palate of ripe citrus and pip fruits.  This wine finishes long with balanced acidity - juicy lemonade, its almost edible!
