Sourced from the Walsh blcok in Wodbournein the Wairau Valley. Long cool controlled ferment, arrested at early for a lower alcohol and balnaced acidity and sweetness.

Palate & Aroma: Lime zest with kaffir lime nose, showing ripe citrus notes with a long honeydew melon finish and balanced acidity with just a hint of fruit sweetness.

Brix at harvest: Average 18.4
Alcohol:10.5%
Residual sugar: 20.4g/L
