Sourced primarily from vineyards in the Blind River area of the Awatere Valley at a lower brix to retain fresh citrus flavours. Long cool controlled ferment, arrested at only 26 grams of sugar per litre to give a lower alcohol without compromising on aromatics or palate delivery.
Palate & Aroma: Sweet ripe raspberries coffee and dried wild herbs. Delicately bodied and refreshing with aromas of ripe lemon and grapefruit flavours, with a balanced mineral note.
