Harvested exclusively from Pinot Noir vines within our own Falcon vineyard in the Renwick region of Marlborough’s Wairau Valley. Long, cool, controlled fermentation arrested early to deliver a lower alcohol wine without compromising on the ripened flavours developed in the vineyard. Soaked on skins before pressing for higher aromatics.
Palate & Aroma: Fresh strawberry, raspberry and dusted pink marshmallow on the nose following a fresh and clean palate of ripe raspberries and apple blossom.
