Harvested from our Eyrie vineyard in the Waihopai Valley. A blend built primarily of clone 777, hand plunged daily before maturing in seasoned French oak barriques for eight months and undergoing malolactic conversion for a silky finish.
Palate & Aroma: Delivering a bouquet of red cherry aromas, bended with spices and dried thyme. Juicy ripe red currants and cherry flavours with hints of raspberry leaf, a round mid-palate with silky tannins and a long finish.
