Tasting Notes

Harvested from Marlborough's southern Omaka and Waihopai Valley’s. A blend built primarily of clone 777, hand plunged daily before maturing in seasoned French oak barriques for eight months and undergoing malolactic conversion for a silky finish.

Palate & Aroma: Delivering a bouquet of black cherries with hints of dried thyme.  A rich and earthy up front palate of dark fruit with a silky tannin, finishing long with lingering dark cherries.

Brix at harvest: Average 23.1
Alcohol: 13.5%
Residual sugar: 1.2g/L
