Sourced from the Twin Valleys Vineyard of Peter and Ann Reed located in the Renwick region of the Wairau Valley. Long cool controlled ferment which was stopped with 26 grams of sugar per litre remaining to give a low alcohol of 9.5% without compromising on flavour.
Palate & Aroma: Refreshing aromas with lifted floral notes and a touch of spice. Delicately flavoured palate of lychee’s’, ginger and spice. Great structure and nicely balanced acidity with a lingering finish.
