Sourced exclusively from vineyards within the reputed Gimblett Gravels winegrowing district of Hawke’s Bay. The fruit was carefully monitored during ripening and harvested in the cool evening at maximum flavour maturity and physiological ripeness. 


Palate & Aroma: Perfumed with exotic aromas and rich cherry notes. A rich and luscious palate displaying flavours of mixed summer berries with a hint of spice leading to a long savoury finish.





Harvested: Between 7th – 28th April 2017
Bottled: February 2018
Winemaker: Chloe Gabrielsen
Brix at harvest: Average 22.0
Alcohol: 12.5%
Residual sugar: 1.6g/L
