Harvested exclusively from Hawke’s Bay vineyards, located in the iconic Gimblett Gravels wine growing district. Hand-plunged daily before a light maturation on French oak for a full mouth feel and silky palate.
Palate & Aroma: Deep ruby red, wiht dark fuit aromas iwth a hint of dark chocolate.
