Harvested exclusively from Hawke’s Bay vineyards, located in the iconic Gimblett Gravels wine growing district. Hand-plunged daily before a light maturation on French oak and undergoing a secondary malolactic conversion for a full mouth feel and silky palate.

Palate & Aroma: Black Doris plums with hints of orange blossom on teh nose followed by ripe, juicy forest berries with soft, warmed oak notes and subtle garden herbs on the finish.

Brix at harvest: Average 21.5
Alcohol: 13%
Residual sugar: 0.2g/L
