Sourced exclusively from the Plateau vineyard within the reputed Gimblett Gravels winegrowing district of Hawke’s Bay. The fruit was carefully monitored during ripening and harvested in the cool evening at maximum flavour maturity and physiological ripeness.
Palate & Aroma: Earthy aromas with dark fruits, spirces and savoury notes. Bright ripe plum flavours with hints of dried herbs, tobacco leaf and a long savoury finish.
